What happens when you access your Akashic Records?
This is one of the questions I get asked the most and whilst everyone’s experience is individual and unique to them, there are some common features amongst those experiences, which I would like to share with you all below.
HOW IT FEELS

The most common experience is a feeling of a shift into a higher level of consciousness. This may be experienced as a light-headedness, a tingling in the crown chakra or a pleasant ‘wooziness.’

The second most common experience is a feeling of complete unconditional love being received. It can be quite an emotional experience, especially if you have not connected to unconditional love for some time so do not worry if you cry-this is normal!

Connecting into your Akashic Records feels expansive. Some people experience this as an expansion in the heart chakra (anahata) specifically, whereas others will feel it as an expansion of their entire being. This expansion in consciousness is what allows you to connect to the more objective soul level perspective that the Akashic Records offers.

As well as feeling the energy of unconditional love being received, people report feeling supported and ‘held’ by their Akashic Records guides.
When you first start working with your own Akashic Records, you are going to receive information in alignment with your strongest ‘clair’ sense. If you are clairvoyant, you will receive visual information whereas if you are claircognisant, you will receive information as a knowing. The more time you spend in your Akashic Records, the stronger your internal navigation system (your intuition) gets. You will find that you soon gain access to ‘clair’ senses that you didn’t know you had!
I want to stress here that it is not ‘better’ to receive information from one ‘clair’ sense over another. ALL ‘clair’ senses are of equal value.
DO I RECEIVE HEALING WHEN I AM IN THE AKASHIC RECORDS?
Yes, absolutely! When you first begin your journey with the Akashic Records, you go through an energetic adjustment process of your Light Grid where you learn to hold the various frequencies of the Akashic Records. It is completely normal to feel energetic adjustments taking place whilst you are in the Akashic Records. This can feel like tingling in various areas, a change in temperature or movement through your internal energetic system.
Everything that takes place in the Akashic Records comes from higher frequencies; it is with complete unconditional love so there is nothing to worry about.

We have to remember that when we are seeking information and guidance from the Akashic Records that we are building a relationship with our Akashic Records Guides. For some people, they are able to open their Akashic Records and receive comprehensive answers straight away. For others, it may take a little more time as they receive information a bit more piecemeal. Either way, this is completely ok.
You will only ever receive information that is relevant to you at the time of asking. Also, you will receive guidance, not instructions.
