Is there an absolutely sane person ?
the layman definition of an insane person is , one who freaks out and doesn’t knows when and how to come back to his senses.
Well most of us freak out (become angry ,frustrated ,resentful ,worrisome) for seemingly petty reasons ;but whenever such a thing happens we use are discrimination bring ourselves to a state of equanimity but an insane crosses the line doesn’t knows how to come back .So at least twice during any day we act insanely.
In my view only sane person is one who is not perturbed by anything, does not means he is a stoic of some sort or a recluse ,but one who lives in the haste and hassle of the world goes through various situations but personally all that he does, all the problems he faces means nothing ,such a thing is only possible when you are not living for yourself but for the wellbeing of others .
Many of us are witness to such a thing; parents are willing to walk through hellfire without flinching for the sake of their children. Single minded devotion for someone else ,someone who is close to your heart is the only way one can live a sane life .Someone from who doesn’t has even a shred of selfishness ,but acts in someone elses name ,lives for others he will know true peace and no one else.
Offer you work to one you love .Do work with a sense of abandonment then personally you will never feel inadequate because you are devoid of yourself.
