I wake up at 1:33 a.m. every night — and I don’t know why

I don’t usually post things like this, but I need to get it off my chest. For the past few weeks, I’ve been waking up at exactly 1:33 a.m. every single night. Not 1:32, not 1:34 — always 1:33.

When it happens, everything is completely silent. My apartment feels… frozen. The street outside is empty, and the only light is the faint glow of my clock. I live alone, so I keep telling myself it’s nothing — maybe stress, maybe my sleep cycle — but deep down, it feels wrong.

The moment I open my eyes, there’s this strange heaviness in the air. Not fear, exactly, but like my body senses something before my mind catches up. Last night, I could’ve sworn I saw a shadow move across the wall, but when I turned on the light… nothing.

I’m not imagining the time. I’ve checked the clock every single time. Tonight, I’m staying awake. If it happens again, I want to know why.

Has anyone else experienced waking up at the same exact time every night? And if so… did you ever figure out what was causing it?
